Testing Packages

Why should you consider a testing package?

In Functional Medicine, we truly believe that testing enables you to speed up the process of establishing and addressing your root cause. If you are suffering with ongoing fatigue, weight gain, mood changes, digestive issues, brain fog, insomnia, headaches and more, then testing will enable us to establish the right course of action needed for you.

Symptoms really help us to understand what is going on in the body but don’t necessarily take us upstream to understand why they originated in the first place. Furthermore, symptoms can take a long time to manifest, take your thyroid as an example. Whilst your thyroid might be underactive, it is important to look far beyond the endocrine function. Thyroid dysfunction can take years to manifest and is often the result of digestive imbalances, gut infections, hormone imbalances, heavy metal toxicity, mould and much more. If we only focus on the thyroid, we might be missing crucial information that can guide us closer to establishing your root cause. The only way to establish this is through testing.

This is why we aim to personalise your package so that we can get you the best results in as little time as possible.

Benefits of Testing

Fasttracking

Sometimes healing can take time, and we feel it is important that clients know that things won’t improve overnight. The truth is that this can take even longer in the absence of testing. Testing enables us to spend less time guessing and more time focussing on what matters.

No Guesswork

Working naturopathically and always paying close attention to symptoms is what we do best. We do however believe that testing can cut out some of the guesswork and get us closer to the broken links quicker. This enables us to directly work with each imbalance to restore the discord and bring your body back into balance.

Personalised

Every person is different and requires an individualised approach. Testing enables us to create a personalised programme unique to your health needs. This will allow us to get you back to feeling better quicker.

Missing pieces of the jigsaw

Functional tests undoubtedly provide the answers that you have been looking for. Years of ongoing health issues without any explanations can get you down. Functional testing can provide the answers to the missing pieces that can finally give you the focus you need to regain your health.
