Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 150g Spinach
- 12 Leaves Of Mint
- 1 Pear
- 100ml Coconut Water
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Wash the spinach, pear and mint leaves
- Pop all the ingredients in your blender - No need the peel the pear, simply remove the stalk and use the rest.
- Make sure to blend at a high speed to get a really smooth consistency -I find Vitamix works best for this.
