A Talk On Gut Health: Is Your Gut Healthy?
Hippocrates once said that “All disease begins in the gut”. This couldn’t be closer to the truth. Your gastrointestinal system is one of THE most important areas to focus on when looking to improve or optimise health. Sadly very few people really understand how to achieve this.
On Saturday, 15 September, I will be giving a short talk on the importance of gut health and how you can make simple changes to your diet and life in order to improve your health and wellbeing.
My aim during the talk will be to:
– share some ideas on how to optimise gut health
– identify which foods can improve gut health and immune function
– dispel the myth that the low FODMAP diet is the only solution to treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
– look at how I support my clients with IBS and why I work in this way
Some of the things I hear often in my clinic is that people see bloatedness, cramps, diarrhoea or constipation as the norm and that they often put up with these symptoms for years. None of us should have to experience this.

TWJ Spring Cleanse April-June 2018
Welcome to the TWJ Spring Cleanse, a 14-day plan to help cleanse your body, support liver detoxification and allow you to feel lighter and brighter.
